Olivier Gaillard, our Chief  for 30 years, invites you to taste the Provençal recipes of yesteryear and his new creations. The menu of the restaurant is renewed according to the arrivals of seasonal products and local specialities. Hidden in a pretty garden at the foot of the castle, we cannot imagine its existence.
